This man is a great tech. Arrived right on time, Found the problem (short in wiring) quickly. Have already told my friend's what a great service tech Mr. Hough is. 1000 times better than going to a dealership or outside shop. Called three shops for a quote, all three said I had to leave my truck all day, and each shop cost's @ least $40.00 to $60.00 more. I can's speak for the rest of the tech's @ "Your Mechanic", but if I ever have another issue with my truck, I'll be calling Mr. Hough ASAP.

Alfred is incredible. This is a guy who always goes the extra mile and clearly has a passion for helping people. Not only that, but he is very knowledgable and good at his craft. In addition to doing a wonderful job fixing your car, he will take extra time to explain what he had to do as well as possible ways to prevent things from happening to your car in the future (in the process, saving your money). He may even go out of his way to do further inspection and make further recommendations. From now on, this is my go-to mechanic for any of my needs. Highly recommended mechanic and good man.
