He did an excellent job or finding issues with the car and reporting them. SO much so that Im even going to see if the warranty I have covers most if not all the stuff found. My only "complaint" so to speak would be that he advised that for its price he wouldnt take the car and would definitely take it back, but then the report gives it a 92 out of a 100, which is by no means a perfect score (and I wouldnt expect a used car to get one), thats a high green sciore (as opposed to yellow) or an A or A-, which again isnt perfect but begs the question "Is an A or A- on a used car really a big enough deal to say "I dont want it?""?

I am so glad I met Kevin. He explained my car problem was battery cable connection. Not starter. He also mentioned some items about my engine I had not noticed. No heavy upsell at all.
