Lived up to the great reviews we read on him so far. Had all brakes changed, we thought we might need to replace rotors but David shared we are good and didn't need to have them replaced this time around. This showed us that he is not trying to make you believe you need repairs that you don't. He showed up a few minutes early and although it was wet and rainy outside had no problem doing his job. We are highly impressed (wished we knew of this prior to getting the brakes changed on our other car at the dealership). We will find out how great the brakes are when we go out later but I have no reason to believe he didn't do an excellent job.

Simon was ok seemed a bit bothered I guess from his previous job because which he ended up being an hour late which was sort of an inconvenience but other than that the service was done as far as just an oil change.
