Andy called while enroute to confirm the appointment and let me know his expected arrival time which was the scheduled appt time. Upon arrival he introduced himself, explained the process and showed me the parts. He was friendly, easy going and didn't mind when I asked questions or observed. Once complete with the install, he took a test drive and confirmed the problem was resolved. Overall a great experience!
