I was surprised (first) to learn of YourMechanic.com. I was equally surprised of the level of professionalism of the mechanic (Ben), his knowledge of Audi's and ease with which performed his task. Chuck is just an awesome dude. I live in Queens, NY and was interested in purchasing a car located in Plano Texas. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, I could not take a trip down there myself to see it. Chuck stepped in and performed a pre purchase car inspection. He did a great job and was very very thorough. So much so that he found additional scuffs and scratches that the dealer claimed they didn't see. I asked him to take pictures for me of the entire car, inside and out. He did not disappoint.
