Dan is a very good mechanic; my brake job gave him a bit of trouble at the start but he persevered and completed the task within the time frame. He also did an inspection and recommended additional repairs. It is very likely that I will be using him in the near future!

Alfred arrived timely to replace our car’s old brake pads and rusty rotors. Drive tested the car and recommended to replace the rear caliper later when vibration happens and is noticed while driving and pressing the brake. He also recommended that brake fluids should be flushed out.

James arrived early, after calling to make sure I could accept an early arrival. In spite of the difficulty in accessing the parts that were affected, he completed the job in a very timely manner, and made sure everything was properly taken care of, including properly torquing the lug nuts which had been over torqued by a previous service at a national chain. Very informative and communicative, talked cars and also informed me about some other issues the car would have and future maintenance I might be in need of.
