This was our first time using YourMechanic and it was awesome!! Kenneth did a great job fixing our driver side mirror after it was broken from a hit and run. He arrived on time and let me know that it would be a quick job and it was. It was so convenient having him come to our home so that I can multitask while my car was getting fixed. Theodore completed the job, however, his communication was poor and there was no diagnosis of the issue. He never checked to see if the alternator was working correctly in the first place. After fixing our car, he informed us that he thinks the real issue was the battery. Had he provided us that information earlier, then we would have appreciated his honesty and work.
