Willy was great, very knowledgeable and great energy.
Very knowledgeable and personable. Gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong, how it happened and what to do to fix it and prevent it from happening in the future. I rarely say this about a mechanic... but he gained my trust. This is from a man who felt that a honest mechanic was an oxymoron. Thank you David.

The problem was not comprehensively diagnosed. Didnt seem to have much experience regarding this issue for BMWs
First he was late. And he didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. I’m very disappointed. I wish you would have sent out Yashif. He knew what he was doing. I won’t be using you again.
