Had my oil changed on Tue. 10/20 by Stacey Smith. Checked oil level on 10/25, one quart low. Reported on 10/25. Sent Petro Jone out on 10/26, he verified oil level one quart low. He reported, but was told a appointment would be made to correct. Was told on four different occasions someone would come out. On the fourth I told them to forget it, replaced oil myself. Petro Jone was fine, he did what he was sent out to do. The problem could have been corrected that day if he was allowed to put quart in.
