James was prompt, kind and quick. I was impressed that he finished in 90 minutes for my car with a slew of issues. Everything we asked him to look at was resolved. James is clearly VERY knowledgable, and knows the right way to do things. I will absolutely use James for all my future car needs, and I'm sure my car will be grateful for it!
