Michael diagnosed my car and spent time discussing what my options were. Since it was transmission related he couldn’t fix my issue but he was so helpful and honest and gave me great suggestions on what to do next.
Damian quickly identified the problem as a bad ignition coil. I watched him swap the bad one out with another, proving it was faulty. He recommended changing all of them at the same time. He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thanks, Damian!
