Great first time experience with yourmechanic.com I'll definitely call Robert for future repairs.
Bruno arrived on time giving me a call ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He got right to the problem and quickly repaired the issue with the truck (pitman arm seal). Professional and accurate!!
Jose was very friendly, and answered all of the questions I had about the repair. He was very patient and took the time to fully explain each answer or aspect of the repair to me, wich was incredibly helpful.
The job was a pitman seal, afterwards when done it was still leaking. So I was told file a warranty claim. So I filed a claim and was told by warranty dept. I needed to pay another 79.99 inspection fee. So it was inspected and was told it was bad gearbox. They didn't fix it and I took to a shop they told me the mechanic didn't even put the c ring that holds the seals in. They just scammed me out of $145 to put pitman seal which wasn't done right and another $79.99 fee to just look at it and did nothing to fix it. I do not recommend the mechanic to do any job right they will scam you to spend more money.
