Jason was as great as always! He is on point and makes sures the job is done right and as quick as possible! Always tries to educate too on what is going on or why the readings off his tool are telling him and also let's you know what might need to be done in the future.
Excellent Mechanic knows his stuff.
Carlos is a very knowledgeable mechanic as well as a nice man -- so I would like to make sure that is stated. But his communication skills and time management is to be desired and I deduced three stars as it happened more than once. He failed to notify me that parts where not in and did not call me/show up to our first appt. I had to reach out to YM and they had to call him. The make-up appt he was also late -- yes outside of the given hour window. If he can get his time/communication skills up he will be great. But the inability to communicate and be on time left a bad taste in my mouth and had an affect on his rankings. Yet he did take the time to show me the issue and explain some details --once he got there.
