John arrived early and fixed the problem!!! Very pleasant, almost like talking to a neighbor of 20 years or more. Will call him for all vehicle issues from now on.

Dan actually arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. He courteous, professional, and was obviously knowledgeable. He evaluated my problem quickly and made recommendations to resolve the issue.
