Mr Carter did an impressive job of getting my Lexus running again. I have been driving it today and I am reasonably satisfied.
The process delivered an outstanding customer experience end to end. The tech was very knowledgeable and completed the job in an excellent manner. .
Michael once again did a great job!!! He was given the wrong part, but was able to fix one of the 2 issues I had. Will reschedule the other.
