I was very happy with his promptness and knowledge of my car issue. He was very pleasant to deal with too.
Peter was great. Explained everything to me in great detail was organized and super knowledgable. I will be using him again for any repairs on my vehicle and will be referring him to everyone I know.
1) The mechanic showed up 86 minutes late. I had to call 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to find out he would be late, I didn't receive any notice from the mechanic that he would be late 2) The mechanic confused the oil dipstick with the transmission dipstick. 3) The mechanic recommended a brake fluid flush because the fluid was dark. I took it to a local shop and they showed me the fluid and indicated the fluid was not dark at all. 4) The mechanic did not install two sensors that were on the approved work order as he said they were the wrong parts (he frankly didn't even know where either part went...I asked him to show me). I went to a local shop and they indicated the parts were in fact the right parts. 5) The engine cover was simply placed on top of the engine without being screwed down. This was my first and last time using your mechanic...I hope the mechanic actually replaced the other sensors that were on the work order as I can't see under the car.
