TABITHA was professional in a way but she couLd of explained things beforehand . I paid for 3 services crankshaft ,oil pressure sensor and a camshaft Camshaft was not installed and I was told about this when the job was completed .nothing was explained to me before hand . the reason was that the part was short (part was purchased from an auto part for my car model) and if I was told about this in the beginning of the repair I COULd of buy an other one immediately. Also the problem with the crankshaft remains and the error PO336 came back right after the repair was done . I talked to your mechanic.com but they want to charge me an extra 150 dollar for her to come out and check if it’s coming from the repair she has done or not .it didn’t make sense to me to pay more for something that was not fixed so I rejected it . I was excited about this service as it was my first time and I was going on with the recommendations but now I will not recommend this service to anyone
