On time. Excellent work ethic. I have not tested the resulted work yet, but I am sure from previous experiences that it should be ok.
Joe knows his stuff. Very personable. Very respectful of the property. I would highly recommend Joe for any job.
He's amazing. I hesitate to say exactly how much I appreciate his work because then he'll never be available anymore! But seriously, the man takes pride in his work and I never feel fleeced.
