Explained everything he did clearly, flexible with scheduling issues. Worked hard to obtain parts.

Jay was punctual, explained the issue and how he would address it thoroughly. Price wise, the repair was not what I expected but it has nothing to do with his work but the cost of parts.
Matt was extremely communicative about the problem and quickly identified what was wrong. He talked me through what was being done, potential solutions, and helped me make a decision as to what work was to be performed. He had all necessary parts needed for related issues on hand preemptively so there was no waiting on any parts or pickup. I had same day repairs done with no issues scheduling at all. He was also very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to.
