Went above and beyond. Showed up early as well.
Jonathan was awesome as usual. I’ve had him work on my 2008 Mercedes several times (different issues) and have always been completely satisfied. I plan on finishing many more projects with his help.
On time, very professional. Had a radiator/coolant fan assembly replaced on a 2008 Mercedes. I had gone and received several estimates for the replacement. I saved around 50% thanks to Patrick and Your Mechanic. I would highly recommend and will use again.
In a word, as a mechanic and representative of the Yourmechanic service, Robert is OUTSTANDING. He arrived on time for our appointment and got to work immediately on installing a replacement coolant fan for my Mercedes CLS 550. When I described another problem I’ve been having that I thought might be related, he agreed to add another repair to my quote on the spot. Luckily, I already had the part, and Robert kindly agreed to install it after the first job was complete. Bottom line, my overheating problem has been fixed and I now have heat in the cabin for those cold mornings. Very happy with the labor I was charged for as well. Perfect experience. Yourmechanic should be proud to employ such a knowledgeable and professional mechanic.
A+ quality work, professionalism and friendliness. Enrique performed an initial inspection on my vehicle due to the temperature gauge light coming on. He arrived early and upon completion of the inspection provided me with very detailed information regarding the issue reported. I scheduled an appointment to perform the recommended work and let me just say Enrique is a jewel. Again, he arrived early he was friendly and courteous and described everything to me in detail. As soon as he completed the job, he explained what he did, why he did not have to perform certain other recommended repairs and the information was provided in such a way, that even me as a woman who knows nothing about cars could understand. I will definitely use Enrique in the future :-)
