Came on time and was very knowledgable with my car. Took time to listen and document everything to ensure he got it right. Would definitely recomend!

Patrick was hands down the best car repair experience I've ever had. He is honest, direct and very communicative through the whole process. I had to reschedule several time due to delays in receiving a part and he was very understanding and helpful in arranging a time/day that worked for both. During the repair he was always explaining and answering questions, allowing me to understand what the problem was and how certain things worked. Even though I hope there are no new major problems that arise, I still have a few minor things to fix and rest assured I will be booking them with Patrick. Sincere thanks Pat!
I would never use Robert again nor would I recommend him to anyone. He had a work order to replace a intake manifold gasket and he did so. As soon as he left I went out to start my car and it would no ling start at all, I texted him and he didn't give me the time of day. He literraly said " He did what he was suppose to" and that was it. I don't get how a Mechanic does work on a car and doesn't even start it before leaving the work site? Anyways I then took it to AutoZone and O'Reilly and another mechanic to get the check engine light read that had come on again. All three ran it for the Intake Manifold Gasket. The repair that Robert "supposably" took care of. Stay far away from Robert. He does that bare minimum and that's not right. Not to mention he showed up @ 10:18 for a 9:15 Appointment. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING.
