Nice guy who knows what he’s doing
Got the job done quickly and efficiently
Jesse was honest and committed in solving the issue. You can tell he wanted to make it right and wasn’t happy leaving till his job was completed the right way. He did the job in good time and fixed the issue. He found another issue that was causing the problem and informed me where as someone else could’ve just ignored it and left after stating the problem was fixed. Highly recommend!
I'll commended AL for working in the dark and freezing temperatures. I even helped by providing a space heater and hot tea. But I find it unacceptable that due to other related parts that were removed that had a gasket ended up costing me hundreds more dollars to repair when it could've been avoided by recommending and/or replacing the $10 gasket at the time work was done. Additionally and even more unfortunately, going through the absolutely terrible "warranty", Your Mechanic didn't even stand by their work or bother to cover any cost of repair or take responsibility. Needless to say after 2 weeks of not having vehicle I can safely drive due to horrible warranty process, I'm very dissatisfied and might never use your mechanic again.
