I originally scheduled a appointment to find out why my Honda Pilot would not start. Robert came and was here maybe 15 minutes and came to the conclusion it was the fuel pump that needed to be fixed. He did not take time to fully inspect anything else to see if something else could be the problem. I scheduled a appointment to get the fuel pump fixed. Robert came changed the fuel pump and the car still did not start. He then said it was the fuel pump regulator and the spark plugs need to be changed. I scheduled a appointment to get the fuel pump regulator fixed and spark plugs changed and the car still wouldn't start. Robert then said it was the computer to the car a PCM that is the cause for the car not starting. Robert is unprofessional because he doesn't take his time during the diagnosis of the car. He guesses and you have to pay for his guesses. Robert thinks money grows on trees and everyone can afford to keep wasting money on unnecessary parts that did not need to be changed. My 2004 Honda Pilot is still not starting after 1 month of me trying to get it fixed. I have to start from the beginning, get my car towed to a shop to hopefully have a more experienced, trustworthy, and professional mechanic get my car back on road because Robert couldn't do it. I would not recommend YOURMECHANIC to anyone. It's worth spending the extra money on getting a tow to a shop to not waste time and money on unnecessary parts that didn't need to be fixed.
