Joseph was on time and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the price was exactly what was quoted. Overall this was an awesome experience and my only regret is that I didn't know about this service sooner. It could have saved me so much in towing costs alone from previous times that I have had my car repaired. I know I will be contacting him for all of my future repairs. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
Arrived over an hour late. I provided a BRAND NEW part for installation. He Was here for about 45 minutes. I came out and listened as he Quickly pointed out other alleged things wrong with the car. Told me that pertinent clamps for installation were missing. I actually had the clamps in a separate bag in my home. He never knocked on the door. I offered to give him the clamps... he stated he had another job to get to. Stated that the job was unsafe to perform at a home. I’m still trying to figure out why he came if the job was so “unsafe” Gave me a worn scratched part ... I’m wondering what happened to the part considering he didn’t do the job. Check engine light illuminated while he was working on the car ... any reasons why considering that he “did nothing”? It wasn’t on before. Charged 85 dollars for what?!?!?
