Rigoberto installed the window regulator and when he came to investigate the window rattling in the door when it was part way or all the way down he knew the exact cause. He also recommended getting dealer part, not aftermarket because the quality of the part was the problem. I trust Rigoberto's opinion explicitly and am paying extra to have the dealer part installed to correct the problem
