Dan was late, but he called to let me know that he would be late. I live pretty far out of town, so that's not unexpected. When he first arrived, I was a little taken aback, since it looked like his car needed work more than mine, but he then blew me away with how thorough he is. My car was fixed almost instantly, and I expected him to say goodbye and leave, but he went through the car to make sure all was well. Since I've recently become disabled, I was grateful to have someone with Daniel's helpfulness and thoroughness, and sense of good customer service go over the car. Particularly after a miserable experience with my local Ford dealer.
First thing he did was tell me he couldn't give me a quote other than why the car wouldn't start. And ask if i would wait why he "took a piss" out in my woods. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
