Showed up despite heavy rain (did work in garage, but he didn’t know that before he left for the appointment). Work completed within estimated time frame.

Johnathan was everything you’re looking for in a mechanic. Super friendly, understanding and there to answer any questions without hesitation. I went outside and bugged him a couple times and every time he made me feel like my car was his baby. Highly recommend
Highly recommended. He was to explain the problems, show the damage, and make sure the work was done well. The convenience of home repairs is out of sight! no more waiting at garages or using a loaner. Analytical skills are above 95% of other mechanics I've dealt with in the past.
