Very knowledgeable and professional! He explained the problem well even a novice like me could understand.
Showed up right on time and completed the work quickly. Was very personable and I did not feel like he was trying to up sell any thing which was great.
Although there was a problem with parts not being available on time John proactively called me informing about the same and kept me updated. He was quick and professional in his work.
I'm not an expert, but seems Travis is an experienced mechanic with good work attitude. Right on time, clearly communicated all details, let me evaluate my options, didn't try to up-sell.
Responsible guy, great recommend.
