Charles was professional, on time, and explained everything. I was happy with the service.

Khoa arrived on time but started complaining about the rain from the beginning. I offered him an umbrella and a poncho. I even asked him if he want to come some other day or time. He completed the job without telling me anything. Even when I asked him he would say he will put it into the system. He replaced my front break pad (which was one of my services I ordered). At the end of the appointment when I asked him how bad was the break pad, he says your rotor needed replacement not your break pad. When I asked him why he didn't inform me, he says you have ordered the service so I did it. Now if you want to replace your rotor order another one. He just made sure that I pay twice for the same service and lose my time. I was expecting honesty and professionalism from your mechanic. To top it all, he says I should order another front break pad replacement service along with the rotor replacement service.
