This was my first time using yourmechanic, so I was not sure what to expect. Jason called three hours before my appointment to see if I wanted to get it done early and of course I said yes. When Jason arrived he took his time inspecting the car and got straight to work fixing a bad starter on a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. He first made sure to check everything and see that it was indeed the stater that was bad and not something else that was causing the problem. He went above and beyond checking out the car completely and answered any questions I had. I will be sure to use this service again and I definitely recommend you have Jason fix any of your car related issues!
