Keith was timely, efficient, and showed me the pieces he replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced...in layman's terms!
Excellent work and didn't mind having me look over his shoulder for a bit to see the problem. Would definitely recommend.
Toby explained exactly what he was recommending and why and was able to show us how badly the parts were that he was going to replace.
