Nathan was knowledgeable about my car and very educational as well. He explained everything he was doing and why. I admire his attention to detail. He really showed genuine interest and attentiveness to the problem. He’s a great conversationalist and was easy to work with.
Even though he was late getting to me that's fine because he cares about the people he is helping. At first I thought he's late and will he come out I was just about to call the company but he called and said he is a little behind with the customer and is finishing up. To me I was very happy that he called and let me tell you my truck put up a fight with him but finally Walter won the battle and my truck is back up and running again. He stayed to make sure everything is good with the truck and that I was happy. Thank you again Walter for your service.
Did ok work. After work completed while waiting for the motor to warm up noticed a dripping coming from the front. When questioned he told me that it was just run off from where it was refilled and some was accidentally spilled.
