Floyd was on time and a great guy to hang out with while he worked on the car. Was super friendly with my wife and kid as they came outside to play in the front yard. Definitely would love to work with again.
First time using YourMechanic. James arrived on time with parts as per my service request. He diagnosed to problem very quickly and explained the current issue and subsequent issues to me very thoroughly. I look forward to working with him again.
