Very fast and competent
A guy tried to sell me a used Jeep with major mechanical problems today, and long story short, within 5 minutes of inspecting the vehicle, Diana was able to save me from wasting a lot of money and time. She was honest, direct, thorough, and competent, and I am forever grateful to her. I will be calling her from now on to work on any vehicle I have in the future!
Extremely friendly, communitive, and prompt and quick on day of appointment (in freezing temps mind you!). Would recommend to others. To be clear I just had my oil changed and serpentine belt changed which saved me a bunch of hassle and was very convenient having him come to my work parking lot and work on it there. I assume he's able to do all the other options available on the your mechanic website but I am not familiar with what, if any, imitations there are as to what work can be done on site. Pricing was also very competitive on top of the convenience factor. Good experience!
