david was very knowing and took the time to make sure I understood what part I have to replace,being a mech myself knew wasnt trying to sell me what I didnt need. When I told david that I would install the alternator my self he advise me to buy a new one not a junk yard one,I then saw we were both on the same page and thanked him.We parted with a hand shake.
This was the first time I used a mobile mechanic and it was much more satisfying than going to the dealer which I had to do 2 weeks ago for my car. I will no longer do that. The initial diagnosis was $207 which was not necessary because I told them what was wrong and they turned around and told me what I told them! So I was more than pleased with Mike.
