Michael was courteous, thorough, (took a million photos), wore a mask, and quickly diagnosed my head light problem. I was hoping it would be a mini fuse issue, but he assured me the bulb and ballast needed to be replaced.
Michael installed new ballast for right headlight. He is an excellent worker and mechanic, as far as I can tell. He finished the job in little over an hour (2-3 or 3:30) using pneumatic high speed tools. His labor charge of $265.66 seems a bit excessive. He arrived two hours late for my appointment without a clear reason.
