Jay was on time and very informative. He replaced the battery in my truck, and thoroughly inspected other functions to assure me the problem is fixed. I will absolutely contact Jay for future mechanical repairs.
This way my first time using the Your Mechanic service, and I found it to be a very good service. My concern was that my car was overheating and Jay spent a good amount of time checking out the condition of my car. He not only explained to me what he found, he also showed me with photos of the readings of his diagnostic equipment. He performed good performance tests, plus, when he was finished, he was very pleasant to talk to and shared a lot of good information.
He Didn't have a obd1 reader. Didn't seem really interested on working on my car cause it's an old 1991. Seems nice enough but unhappy with outcome. Decided to junk my car.
