The experience with Robert was great! No problems and smooth all the way through! Definitely 5 star service!
Saved me money by troubleshooting it down to the one part that needed fixing instead of the 3 different parts I had ordered to come fix. Got a refund for the other 2 parts that didn't need to fix. Great troubleshooting skills.
