He was in and out in a very professional manner
Very knowledge and friendly.
I scheduled my appt for 9 a.m. I saw on the app that the mechanic left his location at 8:55 or 8:56 a.m. to come to my house. I was due to be at work and was late. If I schedule an appt for 9 a.m. I expect the person to be there at 9 a.m. and not closer to 9:30 as this individual did.
