Wonderful mechanic who was sure to explain everything to me after the oil change so I felt secure in the service
Professional and organized, clean job
I scheduled my inspection at 1pm, in between my car rentals. I received a text at 12:50pm saying that my tech was on the way. After about 45mins, I reached out to the tech and he told me: “ well, I called you earlier this morning, but you did not answer so I’ve been taking other jobs.“ I asked him did he leave a message and he responded “No?”.. I work full time 8-5pm, and typically have meetings from 9:30am to about 2pm. I get 20-30 robo calls a day..so I don’t answer unknown numbers unless they leave a message. Regardless, I confirmed the appointment time the day prior and scheduled my day around it. Why on earth would you not honor someone’s appointment time because they did not answer a call without a message stating who you are and your business?! As a result to him being late I had to have my husband drive my car and push back my rental pick up because we now would not make it in time. It was a real avoidable inconvenience.
