Key fob won't unlock door
My car's transmission is unknown to me.
The key fob battery for your vehicle is easily replaced. The fob itself is made from two pieces. Using a small screwdriver, gently pry the shell apart. You will see a small circuit board. One one side of that circuit board, is the battery. It should be a thin, flat battery about the size of a dime. Note the + and - position of the battery before removing it. The battery number should be imprinted right on the battery. Typically it would be a CR2032. These batteries can typically be found in different brands at auto part stores and even chain drug stores in their battery sections. Simply install the new battery in reverse of removing it and snap the key fob back together.
