Motor mount will cause some vibration but not cause engine to run rough. Check engine light is possibly related to poor running condition. Suggest going to a local part store and getting the faults stored so we may better assist you.

The stall and rattling sounds like the timing chain tensioner may have failed and the timing chain is rattling. The chain tensioner would have to be checked for failure. I recommend you have a mechanic, like ones from YourMechanic, inspect...
The rear lights, including the brake lights, all go through the light control module and should have nothing to do with the ABS system. You may have bad bulbs (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/brake-light-bulb-replacement). Have them checked to see if one or more brake...

If the oxygen sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/oxygen-sensor-replacement) waveform doesn't look "well" on a scope (a direct test), it definitely should be replaced prior to (or during) the diagnostics as such could be at least a part cause of your difficulty. Slow acceleration...
What you are describing may be a result of a faulty speed sensor, potentially low transmission fluid (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/transmission-fluid-service) or a even a faulty transmission control solenoid.
