Thanks, In that case that is normal. It is just the oil leaking out of the valve body and solenoids from both no longer being fully submerged in transmission oil since the pan is now removed. There are about 3-5 quarts of oil still in the transmission once the pan is removed. You can not replace it all. Thank you for seeking us for help, I hope I provided what was needed. That concern can be to blame on a failure in the valve body, faulty solenoids, or concerns with the clutch inside either leaking pressure or the clutch plates are burnt.
