The whistling sound is probably some debris stuck in the [brake](/topics-brake-toyota/) pads. You would need to take the brake pads off and inspect them. The mileage is very low so it's most likely not a problem with the brake pads. They should still have plenty of life left on them. You can verify that by inspecting them when you check for debris.
