Q: Steering wheel locked

asked by on January 25, 2016

The steering wheel is locked and the car won't move.

It sounds like you may have a problem with your intelligent key and there is a warranty for this item. What happens is the key stop communicating with the car and renders the car useless. There is also some recall for the ECSL electronic steering column lock. I would take it to the dealership and have new key made for the vehicle and see if that fixes the problem.
