The throttle body, the actuator module, and the wiring may all need to be inspected. The TAC module is responsible for communicating the position of the throttle pedal to the throttle body, and regulating the throttle according to driver demands. Due to the reduced power warning light, the issue is likely critical, and should be inspected immediately. You may want to try and replace the module, but without some electrical testing, there is no way of knowing if the unit is faulty.
