Battery is fully charged. I did the proceed I saw online. Press panic button lock twice wait 10 unlock twice the headlights came on. I came to car to try to start it, it unlocked but when I pushed the bottom it shut off

it's recognizing the key if it's going to ACC position, so your good there.
it needs a brake switch signal and a park signal to attempt to crank the engine though (assuming the battery is good)

Or jump the switch so you can start the engine.The switch is above the brake pedal, it turns counterclockwise 90 degrees to release it.You can unplug it and jump the pins to allow it to start.This is all assuming the brake lights don’t work of course
