It goes away a bit but not completely.When the vehicle moves the noise goes away,but not completelyYou still hear a bit of noise, when you driving slowly you hear it.

Okay, That is good. That means the issue has to either be something is loose or hitting on the drive belt or the fan is hitting the fan shroud. The noise is something spinning for sure. I would recommend check the belt and the pulleys as well as fan clearance first. You're likely to find your issue here.
