Have you replaced the Barometric pressure sensor? The code is a lack of correlation between the BARO and MAP sensor and you already replaced MAP so the only thing left is the BARO sensor.

It is built into the Mass airflow sensor.

When you first turn the key to on before starting the computer compares the MAF and MAP and they both should give same Barometric pressure reading and one or the other sensor is wrong. Since you already replaced Map then the MAF must not be giving proper reading.

this could be causing my high idle ?this could be causing my throttle body to stay open?

What do you mean staying open? It may cause running issues but if throttle is sticking open I do not know if it would but can cause idle high or low issues.
Also can cause lack of power or running rich or lean.

The computer diagnostics i ran said the throttle was opening or staying open ... after driving for a little when at a red light or I'm neutral the RPMs will creep up to maybe past 2k then come back downIs it possible a sensor can be getting the throttle body to act funky

Yes it can but If throttle body is having issue then it most likely set a code like the code P0069 you get is for MAP an MAF. Is P0069 only code you get????

only code that has came about

Then I would concentrate on repairing active codes and then see how it runs. Also make sure to check rubber tube between throttle body and MAF for any cracks or loose clamps.
Any other questions for me?
