Lynn, I suggest you refill the oil to the correct level then drive the vehicle to the shop. They are going to get the vehicle on arack and clean the area of all the oil. Then they will run or drive the vehicle till it leaks to find the source/origin. From your description, it's looking like an oil pan gasket or oil filter seal leaking.
